DELIVERY & SELF-COLLECTION

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to most residential areas throughout Singapore, excluding shopping malls, office buildings, PO boxes, offshore islands (Sentosa), military bases and other restricted access areas (eg: Jurong Island).

How much is delivery?

Delivery is $12 per residential location. 

Do you deliver to multiple locations?

We do not have the function currently and we highly encourage you to create a separate transaction. 

Can I pick a delivery time slot?

Our deliveries cannot be made at a specified time as the delivery route that is in accordance to our delivery fleet varies from day to day. Alternatively, you may choose to arrange for Lalamove or Grab Delivery during the designated self-collection hours.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

Yes, do ensure someone is present to acknowledge the delivery. If no one is at home during our attempt to deliver, we will place the order at the door or gate and will send you a picture via text as a visual delivery confirmation.

However, we are not liable for the missing items or any changes in quality during the time your order is left out.

Where is the self-collection point?

Our self-collection is available at Yishun Ave 6. Full details of the location will be shared upon checkout.   

ORDERS & PAYMENT

Can I make a bulk order?

For bulk orders, please get in touch with us by filling in your request on our Feedback page.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order once confirmed?

All orders that have been placed are final. They are not refundable and cannot be returned.

However, in the unlikely circumstance that you receive something other than what you ordered, the product is not as described or damaged, a refund will be granted after careful inspection and due diligence on that matter. Please send us the details of your order on our Feedback page for clarification.

What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept payments via PayNow and bank issued debit and credit cards.

Can I pay cash upon delivery?

We do not offer cash payment option at the moment. All payment transactions will be done online through credit/debit card and PayNow.

PRODUCTS

Are all Makbibik food Halal?

Yes! We are a Muslim-owned business and we use only 100% Halal ingredients.

What are the ingredients in the Sambal Goreng Kpak Bing Bing (SGP)?

Our main ingredients consist of premium quality beef, beef lung (paru) and prawn. We do not use beef flank (tetelan) or other offal parts such as beef heart (hati) and spleen (limpa) in our dish.

Are customizations available?

What are the different sizes available for SGP?

You can choose between Ready-to-Eat tubs (1/2kg Regular, 1kg Medium) and the Frozen packet (1/2kg).

How many pax can Regular tub serve?

It serves 2-3 pax, depending on serving size.

How long can I keep Frozen SGP?

For the best quality, consume it within 3 weeks from the date of purchase. Refer to the “Best before” date on the packet.

How do I store Frozen SGP?

To retain its freshness, keep it frozen between 0 to 5 degrees in the freezer. 

Why is my Frozen SGP not in a frozen state when I receive it?

All Frozen SGP are cooked fresh, sealed and delivered upon order. We do not freeze them prior as thawing during delivery can compromise the quality of freshness. Therefore, they are safe to be consumed on the same day upon receiving or you can store them in the freezer to be enjoyed on a later date.

How do I heat up Frozen SGP?

You can prepare it in two ways: 

Stove

  • Pour content into pan
  • Simmer and stir continuously on medium heat until hot

Microwave

  • Remove content from packet and pour it into a bowl
  • Heat in microwave on high for 4 minutes 

How long can I eat Frozen SGP once it is opened?

It is best to consume within 3 days after it has been thawed and heated up. Should you wish to keep leftovers, you may store it in the chiller. Do not refreeze when thawed.

How long can I keep Serunding?

The serunding is best kept for 3 weeks in the freezer or 1 week in the chiller. Heat it up in the microwave before serving.

How long can I keep Ready-to-Eat Lemang? 

The Ready-to-Eat lemang can be enjoyed up to 3 days in room temperature.

How long does frozen lemang lasts?

2 months if stored in the freezer

How do I cook Frozen Lemang?

Simply boil for 40 mins before serving. Do refer to instruction label on packet for more. 

How long can I keep Nasi Empit? 

You can keep it up to 2 days in room temperature, or 5 days in the chiller.
